After a long search....
Yeah.. after a long search.. we finally bought an EM at hougang! have put a Deposit of 1k. This sat viewing in the day again and to the final confirmation.
The location of my new house will be Blk 651 Hougang St 52! Near woodbridge hospital. HAHAHAHAHA.
Will update again after this sat's visit.
bless me pls.. i am going to be busy soon.. need to quickly plan for ROM first if not cant get keys!

Mood status = down - no good
Been busy for almost everyweekend. Have started house hunting but luck don't seem to be good. The units that we have seen are all kinda ex. tried to purchase 1 of them but cannot come to a compromise in terms of price..
Been quite down and unhappy recently. mood is quite affected due to this.. wonder how long we need to hunt for a house with the right price. quite a tiring process.
Hope i can get a house at a good price. pls give me good luck.
